Leave empty for an all-bold heading.
Higher resolution keeps the heading sharp on high-density screens. Blackboard decides how wide the image displays and may add its own space around image blocks.

You can also right-click the preview and choose Save image as.
Keep a real heading too. A graphic heading does not add document structure, so screen readers and the document outline can't find it. Use a Blackboard text heading (Heading 2, Heading 3) for each section. If that text heading repeats the image's words, mark the image as decorative instead of adding alt text.
