Create course and heading banners in OCTC navy and gold. Download a PNG and add it to Blackboard. The collection can grow as additional tools become available.

Before you add a banner

• Keep essential course information in Blackboard text as well as any graphic.
• Use a short title, readable type, and strong contrast.
• Check cropping and readability on a phone and in student view.
• Use actual Blackboard text headings to provide document structure; a heading graphic does not create a navigable heading for assistive technology.
• Add appropriate alternative text; avoid repeating nearby text unnecessarily.
