About this guide
Your capstone for FYE 100 is four STAR(T) Stories: short, true stories about times you showed four of the 10 Essential Skills. Each one follows the same five steps: Situation, Task, Action, Result, and Transfer.
You can record your stories or type them. Recording is strongly encouraged, because "Tell me about a time when..." is exactly what you'll hear in job interviews, and telling your story out loud now is the best practice you can get. Recordings are never scored on delivery, only on the story and its structure.
